In tillage. Identified as a cropmark of a rectilinear feature on aerial photographs (CUCAP BDH099, 14 July 1970 and BDR055, 18 July 1970). Possibly part of a field system associated with an enclosure (KK020-040001-) which adjoins to the N. A modern field boundary, visible on the aerial photograph running E-W immediately N of the rectilinear feature, has since been removed. Since c. 2011 a farm roadway runs ENE-WSW across the rectilinear feature. Another field system (KK020-096----), faintly visible as a cropmark on the CUCAP aerial photographs and clearly visible on a later aerial photograph (GB96.FW.27, 20 July 1996; ASIAP (113) 31-32, 22 July 2000), extends northeastward from the NE quadrant of the enclosure before turning S. It appears to be on a different axis from the system to the S.
