Indicated on the 1st (1839) ed. as a small enclosure and on the 1900 revision as an oval enclosure (dims. c. 40m N-S; c. 30m E-W) with trees in the interior. According to Carrigan (1905, vol. 3, 417), this is the 'most ancient cemetery, locally known as "the Church of Park,". It is described as being, 'surrounded by a wall, but is little better than a wilderness of bushes and briars. None of the inscribed monuments here are old...Interments still take place here' (ibid.). Carrigan describes the associated church (KK020-025001-) as being reduced to wall-footings (ibid.).
