According to the OS Letters (1839), 'A few perches [perch = 5m] northeast of this ruin [medieval church KK019-014001-] stands a pillar stone measuring about eleven feet [3.34m] in height, four feet eight inches [1.42m] in breadth and one foot three inches [0.37m] in thickness, with an opening through its middle near the top. They call this the Long Stone in English but Liagan in Irish' (O'Flanagan ed. 1930, vol. 2, 82 (27)). There is standing stone in the field immediately NE of the church and graveyard (KK019-014002-), which includes a radius of c. 150m from the church. The precise location of this standing stone within the field is unknown.
