At St Mary's parish church (KK019-026115-) in Kilkenny, found in the 18th-century make-up over the medieval floor level in the S transept/crossing during the 2015 excavation (Ó Drisceoil 2019, unpublished). A fragment of a chest tomb mensa or ledger, composed of fossiliferous limestone, with a black letter inscription in raised relief (ibid.). The inscription reads:

UCREFU…
It is currently in storage in the NE corner of the S side of the graveyard.
