At St Mary's parish church (KK019-026115-) in Kilkenny, currently in the N transept but it was in S transept when recorded by Carrigan (1905, vol. 3, 94).
A rectangular mural plaque (L 1.1m; Wth 0.52m), of fossiliferous limestone, commemorating John Nash (d. 1643) and Elenor Rothe (d. 1617) (Carrigan 1905, vol. 3, 94; Cockerham 2009, 359). It consists of a panel defined by raised edges. The lowest line of the inscription is now covered over. The Latin inscription in false relief Roman capitals reads:

VXORI ELEONORAE ROTHAE ET LIBERIS,
ADHVC VTVENS POSVIT A". X. l6l7. QVIBVS

FINIS MEMOB. ENIXE ROGAT. OBIIT HON
ESTVS HIC ET CORDATVS CIVIS 31 DIE

It was moved to it current location in the N transept, N face of the ‘Monuments Room’ wall, in c. 1960.
