At St Mary's parish church (KK019-026115-) in Kilkenny. A fragment (dims. 0.5m x 0.2m) of a 16th-century sarcophagus built into the cross wall constructed 1804 connecting the SW side of the church with the graveyard wall (Bradley 1980, 11, no. 31). A rectangular panel, regarded by Bradley as having derived possibly from the side or front of a sarcophagus (ibid.). Three panels are visible, the right of which has a section of quatrefoil window. The two left panels are representative of ogee-headed windows. Compiled by: Cóilín Ó Drisceoil Date of upload: 4 January 2023
