On a broad gently sloping terrace along the N side of the Nuenna valley, in reclaimed grass and tillage. There are fair views to the N and good in other directions. An oval area (int. dims. 48m N-S; 39m E-W) bounded by a low, wide earthen bank (Wth at crest 2m; int. H 0.75m; ext. H 1.5-2m) and wide, flat-bottomed external fosse (Wth 1.5m at base; D 1.2m on N side; D 0.5m on S side). There is an entrance (Wth 3m) in the E quadrant and another, possibly modern (Wth 3m) at the SW. The interior of the monument has been ploughed.
