In undulating terrain, under tillage. Indicated on both the 1st (1839) ed. OS 6-inch map and the 1900 revision as a large roughly circular univallate enclosure (diam. c. 64m). It is visible as an upstanding monument on an aerial photographs (CUCAP AOZ064, 13 July 1966; BDL040, 15 July 1970) but has been levelled since then. One of the aerial photographs (CUCAP BDL040, 15 July 1970) shows the double arc of an earlier bivallate enclosure (KK012-101----) running under the SW quadrant of the later enclosure.
