What is recorded here

In rolling terrain, under tillage. A large sub-circular enclosure (diam. c. 66m) showing as a cropmark on an aerial photograph (CUCAP AOZ066, 13 July 1966). The enclosure may be D-shaped or may have been truncated by a field boundary, now also visible as a cropmark, running roughly E-W along the N edge of the enclosure. A field boundary runs NNW-SSE along the E sector, probably truncating it slightly, the the cropmark is not visible in the field to the E. The enclosure is not visible at ground level.
