On fairly flat ground on the E side of the Dinin river valley, in rolling grassland. A roughly circular area (dims. c. 46m N-S; c. 44m E-W) depicted on the 1947 revision 6-inch OS map as being enclosed by a wide fosse (Wth c. 6m). The monument was levelled c. 1970, however, the location of the enclosure is still evident as disturbed rocky area in the reclaimed field.
