What is recorded here

On the crest of a ridge with commanding views across the Gloshia river valley to the SW, the Deen river valley to the E and across the S end of the ridge towards the River Dinin, in rolling pasture. A rectangular area (dims. 37m NW-SE; 27m NE-SW) defined by a slight earthen bank (Wth c. 1.5-2m; int. H c. 0.4-0.6m; ext. H c. 1.6m) and external fosse (Wth c. 2m; D c. 0.2m). The bank is higher and wider at the corners. The SW side has been largely levelled. A small drain (Wth c. 1m) extends northeastward from the NE corner. There is a large rectangular building (KK010-012001-) in the centre of the interior, aligned NW-SE, faintly visible at ground level but clearly visible on aerial photographs (ASIAP (201) 36-7, 14 March 2001).
