Within the chancel of Donaghmore church (KK010-005001-) against the S wall. A fragment of the mensa of a chest tomb (L 0.65m; Wth 0.95m; T 0.2m) decorated with a four-armed fleur-de-lys cross with an inner circle. Portion of the border survives on either side. This may be a fragment of the tomb (KK010-005003-) mentioned by Carrigan (1905, vol. 2, 83).
