On the floor of a valley with gentle rise to E valley side, in grass. Circular enclosure shown on 1st (1839) ed. OS 6-inch map but appears to have been levelled by the 1947 revision. It is not visible at ground level. However , an inner circular enclosure (diam. c. 30m) and outer concentric enclosure (diam. c. 60m) are visible as cropmarks on aerial photographs (ASIAP (111) 11-16, 22 July 2000) and on OS Ortho imagery (viewed 7 November 2018), though in both cases the E quadrant of the outer enclosure is not clear.
