Slightly below crest of hills on the SW side of a valley, in rolling grassland with good views. Indicated as an oval enclosure on the 1st (1839) ed. OS 6-inch map and as a more circular enclosure (diam. c. 41m) on the 1900 revision with a NE-SW field boundary incorporated into the SE-S sector. The enclosure was levelled when visited in 1987, however, it was described locally as being defined by a stone wall similar to that at enclosure (KK009-039----) c. 320m to the NW.
