Situated on a W-facing slope just off the brow of a N-S ridge in pasture. A souterrain, discovered during ploughing in 1983 (NMI file 1A/143/83), largely infilled. On inpsection in 1987 a short section of the passage was evident (Wth 0.45m). It was drystone-built and extended E-W. The souterrain is still evident as a dip in the field with one large flat stone (c. 0.4 x 0.5m) exposed which may have formed part of the roof. A ringfort (KK008-044----) lies c. 200m to the SE.
