Just below the highest point of a ridge. Shown on the 1st (1839) ed. OS 6-inch map as D-shaped enclosure with straight SE side and on the 1900 ed. as a hachured circular enclosure (diam. c. 20m). Within a large conifer plantation. Not visible at ground level.
