What is recorded here

Identified during quarrying activity, close to the highest point of a hill composed of sand and gravel. The cist is completely intact (dims. c. 1.5m x 0.75m) and very firmly set in the ground (pers. comm. Mary Cahill, National Museum of Ireland, 9 March 2007).
