In fairly gently rolling grassland in small N-S vale. The site is on the W side on slightly rising land. Quite good views in all directions. Circular area (int. diam. c. 31m) enclosed by an earthen bank (int. H 0.8-1m; ext. H at least 1.7m; overall Wth 3-4m). Interior level and featureless. No visible fosse or original entrance which may have been removed during cultivation.
