On a low rocky ridge, covered with blanket bog, on the SE-facing slope of Coomnadiha Mountain. A roughly circular cairn (diam. c. 2.8m; H 0.8m) mainly comprised of slabs of various shapes and sizes. Some of the stones along the perimeter protrude above the bog. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Kerry. Volume I: South-West Kerry' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 2009). In certain instances the entries have been revised and updated in the light of recent research. Date of upload: 30 May 2011
