In rough hill pasture, on a W-facing slope, overlooking Kenmare Bay. A horseshoe-shaped grass-covered mound (6.6m N-S; 5.2m E-W; H 0.65m) of burnt material on the S bank of a stream. The opening (2.2m N-S; 1.2m E-W) faces N. A possible fulacht fia (KE109-001023-) is c. 50m to the N. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Kerry.
