In a rath (KE108-019----). According to local information, there is 'an underground passage' in this rath. A depression (1.6m E-W; 1.4m N-S; D 0.8m) to the E of the centre of the rath may mark the entrance to this possible souterrain. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Kerry. Volume I: South-West Kerry' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 2009).
