This small, ruined monument is located less than 100m E of KE106-036001-, on land which slopes sharply away from its S end. A single repositioned upright marks the N side of the gallery. Two stones constitute its S side; that at E is set inside the line of the other, outside which is a possible buttress-stone. A septal- or door-stone crosses the W end of the gallery. The single stone which formerly covered the chamber is now displaced (de Valera and Ó Nuallain 1982, 66-7).
