In a rath (KE102-036----). A collapsed narrow opening at the base of an oval depression (2.6m N-S; 1.6m E-W; D 0.8m) in the S quadrant of the rath reveals an underground passage extending to the N, with roof lintels resting on stone side-walls. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Kerry. Volume I: South-West Kerry' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 2009).
