In rough hill grazing with occasional rock outcrops on a NW-facing slope overlooking Clonee Lough, Kenmare Bay and the Iveragh Peninsula. The horseshoe-shaped mound is up to .55m H and 2.3m wide internally. It has a 1.2m wide entrance at S. Heat-shattered burnt stones are visible intermittently on the internal side of the mound.
