In rough hill pasture, at the foot of a steep NW-facing slope overlooking Cummer Lough. Remains of rectangular structure (int. 5.9m N-S; 3.1m E-W) defined by partly collapsed well-built drystone walls (T c. 0.7m; H c. 1.7m). Doorway at centre of the W wall. Internal wall cupboard (Wth 0.5m; H 0.45m; D 0.45m) built of slabs at the E end of the S wall. Addition at the S end of the house (int. 3m E-W; 2m N-S) with internal dividing wall (long axis N-S).
