In rough hill pasture, on an elevation, on a N-facing slope, overlooking Lough Cummeenadillure. The remains of a circular hut site (diam. 5.5m) defined by a grass-covered bank (Wth 0.9m; H 0.3m) of earth and stone, which protrudes above the surface of the bog. There is a network of relict field walls (KE101-120002-) in the immediate vicinity to the S of the hut site. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Kerry. Volume I: South-West Kerry' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 2009).
