In rough hill pasture, on the NE bank of a river, on a N-facing slope, overlooking the valley of Lough Inchiquin. A flat-topped oval sod-covered mound (8m NW-SE; 4.5m NE-SW; H 0.75m) of burnt material, with gently sloping sides. A fulacht fia (KE101-054002-) and another possible fulacht fia (KE101-054003-) are adjacent to the ESE. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Kerry.
