In rough pasture, on the W side of the valley of the Dromoghty River. The boulder-burial stands in the centre of a multiple-stone circle (KE101-010001-) and consists of a flat-topped boulder (2.2m x 1.3m; T 0.65m) resting on three support-stones. The boulder is aligned on the main axis of the stone circle (NE-SW). The support-stones are flat-topped blocks exposed to a height of 0.15m. Small pad-stones on top of each support-stone serve to steady the boulder. A standing stone (KE101-010003-), also stands in the centre of the stone circle, 2m to the S of the boulder-burial.
