In the garden of a house, to the N of the Kenmare-Castletownbere road and c. 9.5km SW of Kenmare. The monument stood in the centre of a multiple-stone circle (KE101-007001-). In 1841 it was described as a 'Cromlech…which extends East and West and inclines considerably to the East. The top flag is supported by three small stones not more than three feet [0.91m] in height; it measures six feet [1.82m] from East to West, five feet [1.52m] from North to South and is one foot, three inches [0.38m] in thickness' (OSL, 176). All that now remains of this possible boulder-burial is a flat slab (max. dim. 1.8m). (Ó Nualláin 1978, 98-9, no. 40).
