Depicted on the first edition of the OS maps as a circular enclosure, this site is located in level pasture a short distance S of Isknagahiny Lough. It survives as a roughly square-shaped platform, 29m N-S x 31.7m E-W, bordered on its NW side by a stream. A line of trees marks its W sector, a field wall delineates its S edge and a field fence cuts through its N side from NW to NE. The site is raised on average 1m above surrounding ground level.
The blocked opening to a possible souterrain (KE098-060001-), marked 'Cave' on the OS maps, is located 10m from the W edge of the site and is marked by a rubble-filled depression, 3.6m in diameter and .8m deep. On its NW side three lintel-like slabs are visible, indicating that a passage extends in this direction.
