A circular enclosure, bisected by an E-W field boundary, is marked at this location on the first edition of the OS map. It was located in rough pasture overlooking Ballinskelligs Bay to E and S. The S half of the site survives as a semicircular scarp which delimits a platform 1.1m high and 20.5m in diameter. Its E and W limits are sharply defined, while its S side slopes down gradually for 5.6m to surrounding ground level. No trace remains of the enclosure on the N side of the field boundary.
