In pasture, on a spur of rock on top of Carran Mountain. A roughly circular cairn (13.5m N-S; 12m E-W; H 2m) comprising stones of various shapes and sizes. The surface is uneven where stones have been removed. Some stones have spilled down the slope to the S. There is a small modern cairn at the centre.
