In hill pasture, on a S-facing slope to the N of Carran Mountain. A network of relict field walls, occupying an area c. 250m E-W x c. 100m N-S, comprises stretches of mostly collapsed linear (L 10-40m), curvilinear and irregular walls. In deeper bog the walls disappear into the bog. The stone walls (T c. 0.65m) protrude (H 0.4m) above a thin cover of blanket bog. Upright stone slabs and large boulders occur intermittently along the line of the walls.
