Road bridge (long axis NW-SE) spanning the Kenmare River. The remains of the two span suspension bridge are the abbuttments and central pier, built of rusticated ashlar. It was designed by William Bald and built in 1841-2. In 1932, the suspension bridge was replaced by a rainbow-arch reinforced concrete bridge, reusing the abuttments and the central pier.
