In rough pasture, on a S-facing slope overlooking the valley of the Sheen River to the SW. An oval enclosure (c. 25m N-S; c. 20 E-W) is faintly visible on an aerial photograph (GSIAP, V 99-100) taken in 1973. This enclosure is not visible at ground level. The area has recently been cleared and reclaimed.
