In rough pasture on the SW spur of Aghatubrid, a short distance SW of Kilpeacan early ecclesiastical site (KE088-015001-). An overgrown but excellently preserved hut of subrectangular plan with drystone corbelled walls built against the overhanging S face of an outcrop ridge. A lintelled doorway with slightly inclining coursed jambs is located in the S wall and measures .65m wide at base. The upper section of the overhanging rock and a series of overlapping lintels create a sloping roof giving a maximum internal height of 2m. A small aperture is located toward the E end of the roof. The floor, of bedrock and slabs, features a narrow platform at the base of the rear wall. D: 3.4m x 2.1m. H: 2m. T: 1m.
