In a rath (KE085-007----). In the 1930s Capt. D.B. O'Connell recorded that 'the opening of an underground passage' was visible in the rath (KAS). According to local information, this opening has been closed for a long time. There are no visible remains of the souterrain though an area of subsidence, which was noted outside the outer bank of the rath at NE, may indicate a collapsed chamber.
