In rough hill grazing, within a field system (KE083-023002-). A horseshoe-shaped sod-covered mound (8.4m N-S; 6.5m E-W; H 0.65m) of burnt material with a rush-covered opening (3m N-S; 2.4m E-W) facing a wet area to the W. A possible fulacht fia (KE083-023029-) lies c. 15m to the SW. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Kerry.
