In a level rush-covered area, on the bank of the Slievenaneav stream. A layer of burnt material (L 6.4m; H 0.9m), which was exposed by drainage works, is visible on the sloping face of the E bank of the stream. The burnt material is also scattered on the level surface of the opposite bank of the stream. Another burnt spread (KE076-051002-) is c. 90m to the NW.
