An ogham stone, recorded by Windele from 'by a grave like enclosure' on the slopes of Mangerton Co. Kerry, was brought to Adare Manor (see LI021-034001-) by the Earl of Dunraven in the 19th century (Macalister 1945, 217, no. 222). 1.93 x 0.01 x 0.01m (converted from Macalister 1945) it was known locally under the name Dallan Diarmada `Diarmait's pillar-stone', and according to tradition had been brought to the find spot from a place called `The Priest's Leap'. The beginning of the inscription was broken off in antiquity. Macalister (1945, 217, no. 222) read it as …(N)EGGNI…. (Byrne 2009, no. 1222)
