In an area of rough hill pasture with rock outcrops. The hut site is located in the east of the townland of Bridia on a relatively flat plateau c. 10m W of a mountain stream. A roughly sub-rectangular area (dims: 6m x 4.2m) enclosed by drystone walling (H 0.65m) with an entrance c. 0.7m wide in the eastern wall. The enclosing wall is best preserved at N (H 1.3m) suggesting a possible gable.
