What is recorded here

By the W side of the road leading towards Neesha, the upper surface (c.2m high) at S of what may originally have been one large boulder, now split into about four parts, is inscribed with rock art. It consists of cup-and-ring variations, cupmarks, lines of picking and a basin enclosed by a ring. The rock art is not readily visible in flat light. Expansive views in all directions including the Magillycuddyreeks at E and Macklaun to SW. Compiled by: Aoibheann Lambe Date of upload/revision: 8 March 2022
