This well-preserved fulacht fiadh is located on the floor of the Bridia valley, close to the E bank of a stream which flows to the Caragh river at N. It survives as a horseshoe-shaped mound which measures 6.6m N-S x 4.9m E-W. It is up to .65m high, and is largely composed of burnt stones. Its open end faces the stream at W and measures 2.9m N-S x 2.3m E-W. Adjacent at E is a pre-bog complex (KE072-016----) and an example of rock art (KE072-015----).
