In rough pasture, on a W-facing slope with views SW to Macgillycuddy's Reeks. An arc of a scarp (H varies from 0.1m at WSW to 1m at NNW) is evident WSW-NNW extending between two field boundaries (L c. 36m at S and L c. 34m at W). There is no trace of an enclosing element extending into the adjacent fields. The interior of the segment slopes down gently to the NW and is obscured by bushes at its SE end. Rock is exposed occasionally along the scarp. According to local information, this is the location of a fort and the townland name translates 'Cnoc dhá rath' (the hill of the two forts). A second rath (KE068-001----) lies c. 400m to the E.
