In pasture, on a gentle N-facing slope, c. 850m downslope of a large barrow (KE060-004001-). A circular area (diam. c. 13m) enclosed by a low bank (Wth. c. 1.5m; H 0.5m). The interior is slightly raised and is concave in profile. This ring-barrow was recorded as a 'fort' in Pat Cronin's land in the 1940s (Schools Manuscript, Co. Kerry). A children's burial ground (KE060-030003-) is c. 15m to the W in the adjacent field.
