In rough pasture, on a SE-facing slope. This enclosure is not visible at ground level. Field boundaries in the area have been removed. It is indicated as an oval enclosure (c. 20m E-W; c. 10m N-S) on the 1846 OS 6-inch map and is indicated as a roughly rectangular enclosure (c. 20m NNE-SSW; c. 10m WNW-ESE) on the 1894 OS 6-inch map.
