In improved pasture, on a gentle S-facing slope. Reported to the Archaeological Survey of Ireland as the low remains of a small enclosure. There is no visible surface trace of an enclosure at this location. Horseshoe shaped mound (dims. 11m N-S; 9m E-W) of heat shattered stone (H 0.35m); Opening (Wth 2.0m) to W. Well depicted to N upon later historic OS six inch map. Mound is not depicted or named upon OS historic mapping.
