In improved pasture, on W side of field boundary (long-axis N-S). Reported to the Archaeological Survey of Ireland as the low remains of half an enclosure. Remains of low profile, semi-circular area (dims. 20m N-S; 6m E-W) defined by scarp (Wth 3m; H 0.35m) S->W->NNW; poorly defined at S. Scant traces of possible fosse S->W->NNW. Interior is level and grass covered. Earthen field boundary (long-axis NNW-SSE; H 0.8m; Wth 0.5m) truncates monument to E. Deep land drain (D c. 1.2m) along E-side of field boundary, defined by dense thicket of vegetation. No trace of monument in pasture, to E.
