In pasture, on a SE-facing slope. This rath is indicated on the 1894 OS 6-inch map as a circular enclosure (diam. c. 35m) abutting a field boundary to the WSW and skirted by a field boundary W-N. It is now levelled but is visible as a circular area (c. 36m E-W) defined by a low rise. A field boundary, with a lane on its N side, skirts the N arc of the rath.
