What is recorded here

In pasture, on a SE-facing slope. A circular area (42m E-W; 40m N-S) defined by an earthen bank (Wth 8.3m; int. H 1.35m; ext. H 2.75m) which is incorporated into a field boundary system NW-E. Breaches occur in the bank along the E and S arcs. The SE portion of the interior is raised (H 2.85m) to compensate for the hillslope. A possible hut site (KE057-027001-) was noted in the W half of the interior. Field boundaries radiate from the N and E arcs, externally.
